Two channels, both in writing
Two ways to get hold of the editorial team:
- email: info@ducatbet-casino.com
- post: Hlavné námestie 1, 811 01 Bratislava, Slovakia
That’s the full list – no phone, no chat, no social media. Hungarian, Slovak and English are all fine; use whichever suits you.
Curious who is behind the lessons and what sources we use? The short version is on our about page.
Shelf reports: what we can work with
A wrong description. A fact sheet row says something different from what you see in the game’s info panel, or a step in one of our lists doesn’t work the way we wrote it. A worked example whose final result doesn’t add up counts too.
An outdated category. A shelf in the lobby has been renamed, merged or removed, or a new one has appeared. The lesson then no longer matches what’s on your screen.
A suggestion. Is a term missing from the dictionaries, or would you like a separate lesson on a category? Put into your own words what wasn’t clear – a real-life question is easier to build a lesson around than a bare keyword. Often a single message like that shows us we’ve labelled a shelf badly.
We read every message with real substance.
Four parts of a useful report
Your message doesn’t need to be long or formal. If it covers these four things, we can find the problem fast:
- Which lesson – the title or the slug in the address bar is enough.
- Which part – the fact sheet table, the step list, the worked example or the closing list.
- What you saw instead – briefly, in your own words.
- Where you saw it – in the lobby (on which day), on a studio’s official site or in a rules clause.
Screenshots are welcome, but first cover up your username, your balance and any account details.
Account, deposits, bonuses – that’s Dukat.bet’s desk
We can’t see into any player account. If something has gone wrong with your registration, a verification, a deposit or withdrawal, a bonus being credited or an account limit, only Dukat.bet customer support has the view and the tools to fix it.
What we can do is help you understand what a term means. Common account terms are explained in the account dictionary, with their general industry meaning.
After you’ve sent your message
We don’t commit to a reply deadline: sometimes a report means going back through the source as well. When we make a correction, the lesson’s update date changes too.
Don’t send passwords, card numbers, bank details or photos of documents – we have no use for them. If anyone asks you for such things in our name, it isn’t us. You can read what we do with the data in your message on the privacy page.
If your message is really about your own gambling worrying you, don’t write to the editorial team – see where you can get help instead. If you’re in immediate danger, call 112.
