Data inventory: everything that can arise here

Whatever the table leaves out, we do not hold: no player account, date of birth, card or bank details, ID copies or gaming history.
We keep emails only until the matter is closed, then remove them from the mailbox. We do not sell or pass any of this to third parties for advertising.
GA4 starts on page load – here is how to stop it
The site shows no cookie consent pop-up; measurement begins as soon as a page opens. It rests on our legitimate interest in developing the portal, and you can object to it at any time. In practice there are three ways to opt out:
- in the browser settings, block or clear this site’s cookies;
- add the opt-out browser extension that Google publishes for Analytics;
- read in a private window, or run a tracking blocker.
The lessons work in full either way. GA4 data is processed by Google, so it may also reach servers outside the European Union.
Six requests you can make
The GDPR gives you these requests:
- Access – you learn which of your data sits with us.
- Rectification – we correct anything inaccurate.
- Erasure – we remove it once there is no ground left for keeping it.
- Restriction – we set it aside for a while without using it.
- Portability – we hand it over in a standard file.
- Objection – for example to visit measurement.
Send the request to info@ducatbet-casino.com and say which one you want. If it is unclear whose data it is, we may ask back – but only for what identification strictly requires.
You can complain in Bratislava and in Budapest
If you think we have mishandled your data, write to us first – most misunderstandings are cleared up in one exchange of emails. If not, the portal is supervised by the data protection office in Bratislava (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky). Readers living in Hungary may also complain to the Budapest authority, NAIH (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság), and you can go to court as well.

A few lessons include a link to the Dukat.bet site. Once you click one, Dukat.bet’s own privacy and cookie rules apply from that point on; we have no view of what happens there.
