The lobby fact sheet
| Feature | On this shelf | Why it matters to you |
|---|---|---|
| Top menu | Five menu items, translated per language | The most reliable layer: the room name really does describe what is inside |
| Slot tabs | Top Slots and New Games (curated picks); Hold & Win, Fruits, Books (tags); Jackpot, High RTP, Bonus Buy, Bonus Friendly (slippery tags) | Some are picks, some are tags – they do not all mean the same thing |
| Live tabs | Top Live, New Live, Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Game Shows, Poker | Under some tabs, live and software tables are mixed together |
| Side tags | Megaways, Plinko, Mines, Crash, Dice&Hilo, Top Instant, Rulett | Not shown as a tab bar, yet they shape how games are sorted |
| Studio page | An address in the form /casino/<studio>; Novomatic’s, for example, works |
When you want one studio, this is often quicker than the tabs |
| Table games | No working page of their own | Software roulette and blackjack have to be found another way |
The nine tabs of the slot room, one by one
The slot room is the biggest shelf. Its nine tabs, however, follow three logics.
- Top Slots and New Games – editorial picks. New Games is not a list sorted by release date but a handful of featured titles that get swapped from time to time.
- Hold & Win, Fruits, Books – tags based on mechanics or theme. Books essentially gathers every title with the word ‘Book’ in it; Hold & Win leaves out games called ‘Hold the Spin’, even though they work in much the same way.
- Jackpot, High RTP, Bonus Buy, Bonus Friendly – the four slipperiest tabs. High RTP is not an RTP filter, Bonus Buy shows almost nothing but Novomatic titles, the Jackpot tag also lands on games it does not belong to, and Bonus Friendly was empty on 12 October 2026.
Where exactly these go wrong is unpacked in the filters lesson. How a slot works inside – reels, lines, payouts – is covered on the slot shelf.
One thing to remember right away: a tab name is a promise, not a piece of data.
The seven Live Casino tabs and the wall of studios
Here a real dealer sits in a studio. We spotted six live studios: Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, Plati+, Winfinity, Enjoy Gaming and Ezugi. There are no Evolution tables in the range.
Of the tabs, Top Live is an editorial pick, New Live is close to empty, and Game Shows holds only a couple of titles. Roulette brings live and software wheels side by side. The Blackjack tag is the surprise: under it we found software tables, while some of the live blackjack games never got the tag. The Poker tab mixes poker tables with video poker.
At a live table, go by the studio name on the tile rather than the tab; how a round unfolds is explained in detail on the live tables shelf.
Instant games, Favorites, Promotions
The Instant games menu item covers short rounds that settle within seconds: crash, mines, plinko and step-by-step cash-out games. The names you will see most often on the tiles are InOut Games and BGaming, with some Platipus and Gamzix titles too. The side tags (Plinko, Mines, Crash, Dice&Hilo, Top Instant) split this room further. More on their risk: the instant wins shelf.
Favorites is where your own picks live, and Promotions is where the offers sit – neither is a category in the sense of a game type.
As for the table range: the footer does carry links named table, video_poker, jackpot_games and live_shows, but they lead to a 404 error page. Software roulette, blackjack and poker are therefore reached through the tags; their rules are collected on the card and dice games shelf.
Category, studio, tag: who tells you what about a game
The category is the room: slot, live table or instant game. It marks the type of game and is rarely wrong. The studio is the maker that wrote the game – its official site is where you read the RTP and the volatility. The tag is the casino’s own label, the one the tabs are filled from – and it is the weakest link.
That is why browsing by studio often gives a cleaner picture. Novomatic’s own page works, but every one of its games carries the ‘Nodemoplay’ marker, which means there is no demo. Relax Gaming games are in the lobby, yet their studio page returns an error. Quickspin is not in the range at all.
Short rule: take the type from the category, the data from the studio, and treat the tag as a hint at best.
Walking a shelf in five steps
- Pick a room from the top menu. One per evening; slots, live tables and instant rounds each run at a different pace.
- Open a tab and read the tiles. Look at the studio name, not just the artwork.
- Think about what the tab name promises. A curated pick, a mechanic or a slippery tag?
- Open the help screen of the game you have in mind. Read the RTP, the bet steps and the rules there, not off the tab.
- Check for a demo. If the game carries the ‘Nodemoplay’ marker, your very first round is played for real money.
Translated menu, English tabs, www in the address bar
Dukat.bet runs with a Hungarian and an English interface. The menu items were translated, the tab names were not – they appear in English in both languages, with one exception: the roulette tag reads ‘Rulett’ on the Hungarian site and ‘Roulette’ on the English one.
The Slovak interface (/sk/) returned an error page on 12 October 2026.
If you type the address without www, the site redirects you to www.dukat.bet. It is the same page, not a copy.
Three rooms, three different paces
Worked example with invented values – independent of Dukat.bet:
You set aside twenty minutes for an evening. On a slot you place 10 spins a minute at 0.20 EUR each. At live roulette you put 1 EUR on a round, and one round is played per minute. In an instant game you play 6 rounds a minute at 0.50 EUR.
Question: what total do you bet in each room over those twenty minutes?
Solution: slot: 0.20 × 10 × 20 = 40 EUR. Live roulette: 1 × 1 × 20 = 20 EUR. Instant game: 0.50 × 6 × 20 = 60 EUR. So the smallest stake is not necessarily the smallest turnover – the pace matters at least as much.
This is turnover, not loss – but the house keeps a slice of turnover, so the faster room grinds through your budget faster too.
Before you take something off the shelf
- Do you know which room you are in, and are you staying there tonight?
- Does the tab name stand for a curated pick, a mechanic or an unreliable tag?
- Have you checked the studio name and the game’s help screen?
- Is there a demo, or is the first round already live?
The next shelf covers the lobby controls: tabs, filters and search, tag by tag.
